my visit was fab. the staff proved helpful with all my queries. my room was well-kept and cozy. its amazing location right by chain bridge was just what i wanted. food at leo bistro, it was good, and rooftop bar gave fine views.
i did face some trouble with room size. the room felt small for price. the bathtub and basin were together, which i don't prefer. it.

The welcome drink on arrival was a plus. the room had blackout curtains. room service delivered quickly and efficiently. It's good to know.

The hotel's location is central. It is very close to many attractions. the breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff was notably friendly and accommodating. the welcome at reception was very good, and the accommodations matched the online description.
The room i was assigned was smaller than expected. Space between the bed and furniture was limited.

The bar service was excellent, with demonstrated knowledge and expertise from the staff. i particularly appreciated richard's knowledge of cocktails and local drinks. Learning about the omicron range was fascinating. housekeeping was effective and efficient, i found catering equally efficient with food cooked to a very high standard.

The hotel offers fine views. I could see the Chain Bridge from my room. The hotel is close to the castle, a quick walk away. Màtyàs was very helpful. He accommodated a slightly later checkout. The room had streaming services, which I definitely appreciated.
I would have liked to enjoy a meal at the rooftop restaurant one evening, but it was closed for a private event and I didn't get advanced notice.

This hotel is located on the Buda side of the Chain Bridge. The funicular is next to the hotel. It is a quick ride to the Castle. I enjoyed a lovely walk into Pest with beautiful views to admire.

The hotel staff at reception and in the Bistro were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered many choices. It included both self-service and cooked-to-order options. The staff were very attentive. The food was AMAZING!!!
